    Our "Inner Work" group hypnosis session, lasting three hours, is designed to deepen your self-awareness and offer fresh perspectives on life's challenges while aiding in the enhancement of your resilience and self-regulation abilities.

What is the 'Group Hypnosis, Inner Work' event about?

This event is an engaging three-hour journey that introduces you to the transformative effects of hypnosis. By entering a trance state, you will be guided on a profound journey of self-discovery, delving on fundamental psychological themes that are deeply engraved and rooted in most of us. Each stage is focused on exploring a particular theme. Through this guided exploration, you'll gain not just deeper insight but also practical tools for creating change, enhancing your capacity for self-regulation, and effectively managing your internal landscape. The topics we'll cover include: creating inner safety, managing vulnerability, addressing past grievances and unmet dreams and desires, authenticity and self-worth, handling anxiety, processing grief, addressing collective and intergenerational trauma, experiencing unity and advocating for global peace, becoming more grounded in your body, enhancing the desire for self-care, and building resilience and self-regulation abilities.

Who should NOT attend this event?

Individuals who have any of the following conditions shout NOT attend the event:

  • Cardiovascular disease

  • Heart attacks, high blood pressure, and angina

  • Glaucoma or retinal detachment

  • Recent injury or surgery

  • Any condition that requires you to take medication

  • Panic attacks or psychosis

  • Seizures

  • Severe mental illness

  • Aneurysms (or family history)

  • Diabetes

  • You are pregnant or are breastfeeding

What will happen during this event?

  • Setting up your space

  • Completing the booklet provided to you at the event

  • Introduction to hypnosis

  • Explanation of the technique

  • Some suggestibility and breathing exercises to make you ready for the hypnotic process

  • Hypnosis (the hypnotic process includes, simple eye movement, suggestions and visualizations, breathwork, and some gentle body movements)

  • The 'Inner Work'

  • Post-hypnotic suggestions

  • Ending the hypnotic trance

  • Group meditation and activity
